[Bug]: Notifications in Calendar on the desktop site don't work #48870

Bug description

I enabled browser notification for the website, but I still don't get any notifications about my Calendar events.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an even with notification
  2. Wait for the time of the event start
  3. You don't receive a browser notification, even thought browser notification for the website are enabled

Expected behavior

Receive a browser notification

You ignored most of the issue template. We don't even know what versions of things you're using. :)

I can repro with NC 30.0.0 and current Firefox on Windows.. but I suppose this is a server-side issue as there is no notification listed in the list of past notifications

It was me who created that thread.

Do you mean that it's a problem on the side of my nextcloud hosting provider?
