[Bug]: Notifications in Calendar on the desktop site don't work

Bug description

I enabled browser notification for the website, but I still don't get any notifications about my Calendar events.

Steps to reproduce

Create an even with notification
Wait for the time of the event start
You don't receive a browser notification, even thought browser notification for the website are enabled

Receive a browser notification

I can repro with NC 30.0.0 and current Firefox on Windows.. but I suppose this is a server-side issue as there is no notification listed in the list of past notifications
