[Bug]: Cannot connect to app store, timeout

Bug description

Nine times out of ten I am not able to connect to the app store. Running latest NextCloud server 30.0.2.

Here is the error from the logs:

Error | no app in context | ConnectExceptioncURL error 28: Operation timed out after 60000 milliseconds with 5410482 out of 7043172 bytes received (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://apps.nextcloud.com/api/v1/apps.json

Failed to connect to the app store

This has been occurring for several weeks now.

Steps to reproduce

Open NextCloud
Navigate to Apps
Wait for 504 Gateway Timeout error

Expected behavior

Apps window should open almost immediately.
