Smart picker could show all public Talk rooms, not only the Talk room I joined

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I regularly clean the Talk room I join to reduce noise in Talk left menu. When I use the smart picker to point a room to someone, on put a room link somewhere, I can only choose among rooms I am part of.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like the smart picker to show me all public Talk rooms, that I could join.

Describe alternatives you've considered Go to the Talk app, search the conversation, join the conversation, copy the conversation link, paste the conversation link where I used the smart picker in the first place.

Go to the Talk app, search the conversation, join the conversation, copy the conversation link

Just for the record, you can copy it from the … menu or the entry without joining in first place, but yeah if the smartpicker is there it would also make sense to include "Open conversations"
