Tooltip for Github Labels shows up in weird places and doesn't disappear #12626

How to use GitHub


Scroll up pretty far in a room

Accidentally hover over a label while you're scrolling

This happens:

Expected behaviour

The tooltip is attached to the Github label it explains and disappears when the mouse isn't hovering any more.

Actual behaviour

Left top position for tooltip and it doesn't disappear

Talk app
