User icon + number on buttons instead of arrow left/right?

@jancborchardt is this now resolved by https://github.com/nextcloud/spreed/pull/6649 ? Or needs more work?

I'd still say it would be a nice enhancement so one has a sense of where the other videos are (and how many). But the most immediate issue has been resolved, so it's not very pressing – both points in this issue are enhancements.

I'm not convinced about this, the buttons could become wide and obtrusive. Especially now that they're always visible and don't fade out with the rest of the overlay.

Counter of people and elapsed time in top bar (possibly with conversation info too, as it shows in the chat view)

I'll create a separate issue for this
