Info about "No offline messages available" #4377

When being offline and entering a chat that has no downloaded messages, instead of the loading spinner there should be an info that no messages are available yet offline.

Otherwise it feels like messages are loading, which is not true.

The app is already looking amazing. A few more tweaks like offline functionality, and I'm ready to get off of Signal more permanently. It would be cool if there was road map to show upcoming features.

Anyways, looking forward to this feature.
