Replace the actionSheet by contextMenu
Change methods from indexPath based to room based (using indexPath can be problematic when the room list refreshes and the indexPaths changes)
Not sure about the icon of the favorite action, I used the non-filled one as we do everywhere else, but we could also use the filled one.
