Local

[x] Make sure you pull the latest master branch:
```
git checkout master
git pull origin master
```
[x] Adjust version numbers in all targets to 20.0.3
[x] Check alternative version in NCAppBranding
[x] Push master to https://github.com/nextcloud/talk-ios
```
git push origin master
```

[x] Create tag

git tag -a v20.0.3 -m "Nextcloud Talk iOS 20.0.3"

[x] Push the git tag to https://github.com/nextcloud/talk-ios
```
git push origin v20.0.3
```
[x] Mark the tag as a (pre-)release in https://github.com/nextcloud/talk-ios/releases
- [x] Add changelog
[x] Archive the project (select Any iOS device (arm64))
[x] Install .ipa on device and do a quick test

App store connect

[x] Create a new version 20.0.2 or change version if previous version wasn't released
[x] Add changelog to "What's new?"
[x] Add changelog to TestFlight
[x] Select build (App Store)
[x] Send to review (App Store)
[x] Add testers to TestFlight
