I don't see Splash in Appearance & Accessibility

Describe the bug: I have installed the Splash app, but after reloading I don't see it in the Appearance & Accessibility. I see the usual theming from Nextcloud, but there's no Splash background in the Background section of the page.

To Reproduce: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Appearance & Accessibility
2. Scroll down to Background
3. Try to find Splash background
4. See there's no Splash background.

Expected behavior: I thought I'd see a Splash background.

Server:

• Nextcloud version: 27
• Splash-App version: 2.2.1
