fix(updater): Add instructions to extra files found error #568

Add a hint about what to do about to try to improve the user experience a bit and cut down on forum FAQs (and occasional bug reports).

Rebased and updated updater.phar again within PR again due to recently updated master to fix the conflict. Can be merged at-will after tests complete again.
