missed to increase the version number in appinfo xml for #117 please review @nextcloud/user_external

@violoncelloCH , in the relaease .tar.gz the new source code is missing. It still contains the old imap.php and the rcube relics.

@ufozone there is nothing missing. #122 was merged way later than v0.8.0 was released, so those changes will only be part of the next release :)
