add CURL login options for IMAP #196

Fixes #153

@violoncelloCH sorry for closing #176, merge was too messy to continue. That is reason for opening it again as #196 . I know v.3.0.0 has priority, nevertheless please take look at it, I think it is usefull when CURL authorization autodetection fails.

Sorry I badly failed and I am unable to do it ...
