Quarantine files that could not be saved to a local directory #61

As with cases like #60 or any other save issue, it would be good to write the whiteboard content to a local quarantine file so one could still recover from that just in case.

FYI @hweihwang I field this as a possible enhancement for the node backend to avoid data loss
