windows 10 mobile app "an error has occured, the request user could not be found" shown when i opening the app #256

login and password are correct, i can view files, download and upload, but everytime i opening the app display that message, the operating system is w10 mobile "anniversary update" last version, (my device can't upgrade to "creators update"), the app versione is 1.0.3 and nextcloud version is 12.0.2, reset or remove and reinstalling the app dosen't fix the problem.
