Remove Energized Lists #109

The following blocklists are no longer being maintained:

These lists should be removed.

There are no entries for most of them.

If the source of the lists is changed to github, the problem will be solved. However, it gives an error because the source addresses of the lists are websites.

Energized no longer updates their blocklists on Github or on their website. These lists are dead.

A lot of time has passed and the list are still avaible, but almost non of them has any entries and they are no longer maintained, due that all of them should be removed entirely.
