It is for GreaseMonkey Scripts. This browser extension allows you to customise the look and feel of websites.

It's currently being blocked for "Piracy", but technically should be blocked under "Threat Intelligence Feeds" or "AI-Driven Threat Detection" as it's a vector for malware.

Most users blindly install the userscripts without reviewing, let alone understanding the script being installed. It's dead simple for someone to inadvertently install a script to steal banking details, passwords, etc. I've come across quite a few scripts that do just that, as the site has little to no moderation and review of user submitted scripts.

Since NextDNS is also used in business settings it would make sense to block such a site by default.
