Add Dandelion Sprout's Nordic Filters #12

Absolutely essential filters for Nordic users, included by default in many leading adblocking projects. Includes numerous blocklists for different purposes, so there's likely one suited for DNS.

They don't seem to ship a single file containing the list for DNS-blocking (pihole, dnsmasq, etc.) minus the whitelisted entries. It seems that you must manually add the blocklist, and support the whitelist on top of it separately.

Am I missing something?
