Unblock protondb.com from GoodbyeAds #145

GoodbyeAds blocks netlify.com, and protondb.com by default calls there, and therefore is blocked despite being a legitimate website.

Actually according to https://github.com/jerryn70/GoodbyeAds/issues/476 maybe the entire netlify.com domain should be whitelisted...

GoodbyeAds isn't made by NextDNS. They just include it. The repo for the blocklist is here: https://github.com/jerryn70/GoodbyeAds

They already have an open issue with it, I'm suggesting NextDNS "fixes" it in this end untill GoodbyeAds properly fixes it in their end
