[Discontinued and empty] Fanboy's Enhanced Tracking List is no longer maintained and has zero entries #148

Fanboy's Enhanced Tracking List is no longer beeing maintained and all entries got deleted by the developer.

Due that the list should be removed from the list of lists you can choose from, since it has not any worth anymore.
