Add Better Blocker list #52

This is a block list maintained by Aral Balkan and Laura Kalbag, used on their Better Blocker app.

I think so.

I understand that NextDNS is already covering a lot of blocklist options, probably a lot of them redundant, and that sometimes too many choices can be overwhelming to the users.

I just wanted to let you know that this option exists and because I like and trust the work that Aral and Laura are doing in the advocation of privacy and ethics on technology.

This said, I understand if you opt for not include this blocklist.
