Add EasyList Thailand and Thai Adblock List #57

Please add https://github.com/easylist-thailand/easylist-thailand and https://adblock-thai.github.io/ to the available block list.

Do you know any blocklist for those countries that would work better for DNS blocking (domains or hosts file format)?

A converted copy of EasyList and other blocklists for Thailand are available here: https://kowith337.github.io/CustomHosts-via-hostsmgr/

I would really appreciate it if you could add them as it would make NextDNS immensely more useful in Thailand.
