Whitelist for AdGuard SDNS filter list

Hello,

you are using filter AdGuard Simplified Domain Names filter. Its integral part is the exclusion list, which you do not use. If it should be a wildcard exclusion, prefix with *., if it's just for the domain itself but not its subdomains, like you did is fine.

@romaincointepas, please pay attention that these white lists are not static and will be updated regularly. I recommend that you automate this process.

As @ammnt says- maybe it would be possible to switch the configuration for Whitelists to function the same as the "Blocklists" under Privacy instead of like the Blacklist function. Users would similarly be able to select from a set group of whitelists.

The Adguard Simplified Domain filter used by NextDNS already includes exclusion rules: https://adguardteam.github.io/AdGuardSDNSFilter/Filters/filter.txt (check the bottom of the file)

I know this because someone raised the same issue in my repo: https://github.com/r-a-y/mobile-hosts/issues/4

And I addressed it in my hosts converter.

Maybe NextDNS is not converting exception rules properly.
