I did not understand what is meant by internalized I don't speak English that well but I tried to understand the meaning of it with google translate and I still couldn't understand what it meant

Did they have a reason why? After all, the whole idea of this project is open source and an emphasis on privacy

Unfortunately this is not possible (roughly) You can always use the NXEnhanced plugin https://github.com/hjk789/NXEnhanced

and using it to load a long list of domains to the deny list, the problem is that it requires manual updating & takes a long time to add
