That uBlockOrigin list is not DNS blockable and is instead a list of elements on webpages that is intended to be used with a browser extension. It's unlikely it'll ever be added.
Some of the other lists you provided are actually list of domains and can be blocked on the DNS level, but it's likely those domains are already in the currently used block lists. There also are a lot of things in those lists that one might not actually want to block.
For your lists request, take a look at OISD list.
