Linux client (CLI version) usability improvements #12

  1. I know this is common in linux apps, but I can not see the password when trying to log in
  2. I can't tell if/when the linux client connects successfully. I am receiving a message like "Trying to login to nextensio [2021-10-30T22:40:46Z ERROR nextensio] FD 5 RC 0"
