At some point, customers will not be willing to enter Nextensio users one-by-one in the controller console. There needs to be a way to import user profiles, perhaps starting with something simple like an external spreadsheet or google doc.
But later there should be support for LDAP-based directory servers like Active Directory, Workday, Salesforce, etc.
