secondaryFile outputs #13

secondaryFile can also be used as an output (?).

A bit of both :) I remember seeing it somewhere, more of a stub/note for something I need to investigate motivated by implementing the secondaryFile for the inputs.

Ahah. I guess it should be possible to have secondaryFile as an output since it's a common use case, like for example a you want to produce a BAM and BAI files pair.
