Moved CO2FootprintTextFileObserver to inner class of *Factory and add *ReportObserver as inner class as well to allow non-redundant CO2 calculations by sharing CO2Records between *Oberserver classes

Customised ReportTemplate files (-> resources/assets/CO2FootprintReportTemplate.js, resources/CO2FootprintReportTemplate.html) for CO2e value
With this it currently generates a HTML report including a box plot with the raw CO2e values.
