[WORKFLOWS-501] Update usage instructions with public release #1

Now that https://github.com/nextflow-io/plugins/pull/4 has been merged, nf-prov users can activate the plugin anywhere they want as long as they are using a sufficiently recent version of Nextflow.

This looks great @BrunoGrandePhD! Do you think this should be part of the sage config profile or is it too soon?

Good idea! I looked into it, and it's tricky to come up with a default set of arguments that can live in the sage.config file. For example, how do we set the output file path for the manifest without risking overwriting files? I'm going to leave it out for now until we are motivated by a need.
