Add support for bnd.com and idahostatesman.com #69

These newspapers - Belleville News-Democrat (bnd.com) and Idaho Statesman (idahostatesman.com) - have paywall system in their websites. Please add support for them.

These newspapers are owned by The McClatchy Company, the same owner as previous newspapers I have requested to support this add-on (see issues #42 and #43)

In the meantime, don't forget to add the remaining McClatchy newspapers - bellinghamherald.com, bradenton.com, centredaily.com, charlotteobserver.com, heraldonline.com, heraldsun.com, islandpacket.com, kentucky.com, ledger-enquirer.com, macon.com, mercedsunstar.com, myrtlebeachonline.com, newsobserver.com, sanluisobispo.com, star-telegram.com, sunherald.com, thenewstribune.com, theolympian.com, thestate.com, and tri-cityherald.com. With this request, I hope next version of Anti-Paywall to add full support for McClatchy newspapers.
