I have download signalp-4.1 from the website to /home/gfz3/mojf/sofware, but I don't know how to install it into funannotate (i.e. in the PATH). I have created an environment at /home/gfz3/miniconda3/envs/funannotate and installed funannotate 1.8.15. I also read signalp-4.1.readme but still don't know what to do. Any good suggestions?
