Thank you for the wonderful tool. I recently performed functional comparison using funannotate compare and i noticed the number of genes predicted for some databases (Interproscan, PFam) per species is higher the number of genes provided for same species in the stat summary report.
I was wondering why that is happening as i would expect it should be lower than the total number of genes.
