Phobius run is stalling halfway through process #995

Hi, I have been trying to run Phobius through Funannotate remote. The process runs smoothly until it goes through around half of the number of proteins, however the process do not proceed after that.

What could be the solution?

I'm not sure, it's possible the EBI server (running the remote requests) has a new limit on number of requests per hour or something. Are you able to install/run it locally? That would be preferable. I've not used the remote function in years -- was written because I was on OSX and phobias is linux only. If I was doing it again, I would have just created a docker phobias image and used that locally.
