Features don't get updated after saving to NGFP and updating source Shape #48

  1. Create a form from the shape file
  2. Save as NGFP
  3. Check number of features
  4. Edit shape-file to add one record
  5. Reopen NGFP
  6. Save again

Result: feature count will stay the same.

The link to source data is broken and there NO easy way to update under current architecture, right? This is a problem.
