Entrance/Exit marked green despite it has stairs and no elevator

1. Go to http://metro4all.org/
2. Choose Warsaw as a city
3. Choose route ending in Politechnika station
4. Click on a wheelchair symbol
5. Select exit no. 3 in station Politechnika

The exit is marked green. But it has stairs and no elevator.

For now only width of the wheelchair/stroller can be the reason to mark entrance-exit as inaccessible.
