Select resource dialog #102

Connect context menu in layers tree logically not connected with connect dock view. It's hard to release to select something in connect tree view to import from current project. More logical to show modal dialog with NGW resources tree to select where to put project/layer on menu item selected action. This is more user friendly.

It sounds good, but I don't like duplication of the tree.

I'd suggest do it, but add an option to turn 'additional tree' off under settings.
