Bluetooth indicator shows even when externals are off if the logger is on #49

Substituted for bluetooth button for some reason

Plus button available in overflow menu (through hard button). Bluetooth button shows that connection to external sensor is not established. Disable "external data" in settings to hide bluetooth button.
