Cannot install MOLUSCE with QGIS 2.18 #31

Hello,

I am trying to install the plugin on QGIS 2.18 Windows 7 64-bit machine but cannot. The error received relates to an encoding error (see attached), but when I include the relevant statement:

!/usr/bin/env python

-- coding: utf-8 --

It still will not work. Any ideas?

Loaded it into earlier version instead.
