Plugin firewall issue #233

Hi guys,

our company recently closed all outgoing connections. We made a list of all the contrib packs urls that we are using and asked to whitelist them. The urls can be loaded, but still do not work with the plugin. It seems the plugin needs to communicate with some other server when adding a layer. Could you point out what servers needs to be accessible for the plugin to work?

firewall rules were note enforced correctly. we figured that out. thanks
