I just merged #57 to wrap up the first changes. Some comments are still left unresolved. This issue is meant to track them.

[ ] Stress equivocation about OpenPGP keys rather than equivocating about other chains. (First comment by @azul)
[ ] remove details about Autocrypt headers and claimchain integration in summary (see TODO marker in file)
