Participant IDs don't always display #213

Some psychology people (Sarah Brown and Adele Poser) are having an issue: they're having an issue linking participant responses with the ID because it's either

  1. not displayed (because NEXT errors?)
  2. the window closed by accident

Easiest solution: display the participant ID at the bottom of the window for all questions. This addresses both cases.
