Outfits #19

Now it is not very clear what outfits exist, how to set them up or what the outfit pieces are.

The solution might be adding another panel which could either mock the appearance of the actual generated UI or write some information about the outfits.

Also it would be nice to have an operator which would auto parent outfit objects to the character (something I forget all the time)
