Add support to define block for empty dataset #36

It would be nice to have option to define {block #empty} which would be used in case of empty dataset.

Please rename to STH better. No-result? Empty-rows? ... Also some default empty blck would ve probably needed.

I see isset, so its ok

In fact, it's more likely empty-result, not no result :D What do you think?
