[feature request] Create and dump API keys when provisioning #5

I might try to take a stab at this soon.

It would be nice to automatically create an API key and dump it out after the server has been created for rancher-compose to use. I don't even know if this is possible yet so feel free to close this issue if it doesn't sound doable.
