Support netCDF grid files that use enhanced model #14

Currently, our tool can only read grids from netCDF files that follow the classic data model (see here for different formats). The produced output files with partitioning information use the netCDF-4 format with the classic data model.

This issue was resolved in commit 231b52324df14094af868725dec3d3535aab9e2a.
