tests fail when trilinos is compiled with openmpi 4.1.5 #24

Parallel domain_decomp tests were failing when built against trilinos using openmpi 4.1.5.

I rebuilt trilinos and domain_decomp with openmpi 4.1.2 and everything works fine.
