Benchmark test case in full model

We need to be able to reproduce the full benchmark case (Mehlmann et al., 2021). To-do list:

• [x] Generate forcing fields for the atmosphere
• [x] Generate forcing fields for the ocean
• [x] Generate grid at different resolutions
• [x] Generate initial conditions

The forcing fields already exist as ocean and atmosphere boundary modules.
