Grubaugh Lab recommends using NS5 K314R to designate SW03 as they have found that this mutation has better resolution, as in “the topology from that point forward changes less when the maximum likelihood tree is rebuilt”. This will solve the issue of the 4 sequences misclassified, but we wonder if it might result in the misclassification of others.
