Bump Auspice to version 2.26.0 #11

Description of proposed changes

Latest versions of Auspice support the new scatterplot layout that PHL users and other groups would like to use with their current drag-and-drop visualization workflow. This bumps auspice.us to the latest Auspice version.

Testing

Tested this locally with the build commands in the README and loaded the ncov getting_started global JSON with no issues.

Thanks @huddlej! I'm hoping to write GitHub actions (for this & nextstrain.org) which will automagically create PRs whenever a new version of Auspice is released so we can avoid things getting out of sync like they have been.
