Description of proposed changes

I assume the data format for avian flu is the same as seasonal flu since they are both from the EPIFLU database.

Hi @joverlee521 this looks good to me! As you say, avian flu data is also in the same format and contains an "EPI" identifier. Thanks for working on this!
